Return Policy

We accept returns on items under the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Return Window: All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if there is a defect. This applies only to items that were purchased brand new and either directly at our store or through our website.

  • Defective or Blemished Items: If the item has any defects, scratches, or minor blemishes from the manufacturer, it may not be eligible for a return or refund. In some cases, we may offer store credit for defective or blemished luxury items.

  • Item-Specific Return Policy: Each item may have its own specific return and refund policy. Please check the description on each product page before purchasing to understand the return terms for that particular item. Some items may have a stricter or more lenient return policy, depending on their condition or brand.

  • Condition of Return: All items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were sold. This includes any original packaging, dust bags, cases, or accessories provided at the time of purchase. Items that are missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: If you are returning an item purchased online, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover shipping fees for returns.

Exclusions

  • Luxury and Designer Items: All luxury and designer items are subject to the same 30-day return policy, but returns or refunds may vary based on the item's condition and brand. Store credit may be issued at our discretion for defective luxury items.
