Authenticity Claim Requirements

An authenticity claim must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

• A written authentication report issued by a recognized and reputable third-party authentication service.

• Documentation identifying the item evaluated, the authentication findings, and the date of the evaluation.

• The original proof of purchase from Coco's Boutique Outlet.

Authentication reports that lack sufficient supporting information or are issued by unrecognized sources may not be accepted.
 

Return Requirements

The item must be returned:

• In the same condition in which it was sold.

• With all original packaging, dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, tags, accessories, and accompanying materials, when originally provided.

• Without alterations, repairs, modifications, or damage occurring after purchase.

Failure to meet these requirements may affect the review of the claim.
 

Claim Review Process

Once your claim has been received, Coco's Boutique Outlet will provide instructions for returning the merchandise for inspection.

Upon receipt of the item and all supporting documentation, the claim will undergo a comprehensive review. This process generally requires 7–10 business days, although additional time may be necessary depending on the nature of the authentication.
 

If an Item Is Determined to Be Counterfeit

If Coco's Boutique Outlet verifies that an item sold as authentic is, in fact, counterfeit, we will honor our Authenticity Guarantee by:

• Refunding double (2×) the original purchase price, consistent with our Authenticity Guarantee.

• Reimbursing the reasonable authentication fee, when applicable and supported by documentation.

• Permanently removing the supplier from our sourcing network.
   

Unsupported Claims

If, after review, the evidence does not establish that the item is counterfeit, the claim will be denied.

A written explanation of the findings will be provided upon request. The returned merchandise will be sent back to the customer, and any applicable shipping or evaluation costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
